Cooley advised Red Canary, a top managed detection and response platform that investigate threats while streamlining workflows through automated remediation, on its acquisition by Zscaler (Nasdaq: ZS).

Cooley advised BioMarin Pharmaceutical (Nasdaq: BMRN), a global biotechnology company dedicated to translating the promise of genetic discovery into medicines that make a profound impact on the life of each patient, on its definitive agreement to acquire Inozyme Pharma for $4 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $270 million.

Cooley advised Datadog (Nasdaq: DDOG), a monitoring and security platform for cloud applications, on its acquisition of Eppo, a feature flagging and experimentation platform that will tightly integrate with Datadog’s existing product analytics suite.
