As part of the deal, Ive and his creative collective, LoveFrom, will assume deep design and creative responsibilities across OpenAI. 

Cooley advised Kudu Dynamics, a company developing state-of-the-art cyber capabilities and nonkinetic effects against a variety of military-relevant systems, on its sale to Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), an industry and technology leader serving government and commercial customers with smarter, more efficient digital and mission innovations.

Cooley advised SiteOne Therapeutics, a private biotechnology company developing small molecule inhibitors of sodium channels to treat pain and other neuronal hyperexcitability disorders, on its acquisition by Eli Lilly.

Cooley advised Red Canary, a top managed detection and response platform that investigate threats while streamlining workflows through automated remediation, on its acquisition by Zscaler (Nasdaq: ZS).

Cooley advised Blue Owl Capital (NYSE: OWL), an asset manager redefining alternatives, on an up to $262.5 million term loan facility for ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE, a radiopharmaceutical biotech company dedicated to providing a new generation of radiopharmaceutical therapeutics and diagnostics for hard-to-treat tumors.
