Cooley advised io Products, an engineering and product manufacturing company co-founded by Jony Ive to develop, engineer and manufacture a new family of products for the artificial general intelligence era, on its approximately $6.5 billion acquisition by OpenAI. As part of the deal, Ive and his creative collective, LoveFrom, will assume deep design and creative responsibilities across OpenAI. 

Cooley advised Feedzai, a global leader in fraud and financial crime prevention, on its acquisition of Demyst, including Demyst’s Zonic data workflow orchestration platform, intellectual property and sophisticated data-integration capabilities.

Cooley advised Cerberus Capital Management, a global leader in alternative investing with approximately $65 billion in assets across complementary credit, real estate and private equity strategies, on its growth investment in Aquatech, a global leader in water technology and services for industrial and infrastructure markets.

Cooley advised Tenable Holdings (Nasdaq: TENB), the exposure management company exposing and closing the cybersecurity gaps that erode business value, on its definitive agreement to acquire Vulcan Cyber, an innovator in exposure management, for $150 million in enterprise value.
